Rule out: Raynaud's disease. It is a rare disorder of the blood vessels, usually in the fingers and toes. The cause is unknown, but the phenomenon is a problem with blood flow. Need a physical: Being a runner, you need to check your "engine". There could be many things that cause your tiredness. A physical, blood work, etc would be a place to start. Even getting a nutritional evaluation may also help. You may also have to change your running schedule or even take time off of running and change activities for a short period. ...Read more

Broken collarbone: Has your doctor told you it is ok to work out? If you are clear to work out, you could trying doing some exercise with a dumbell or a resistance band in your right hand. Nausea while exercising.Pins & needles feeling+numbness in hands after workout.Feeling progressed from just hands to arms, couldn't even hold objects?

Could be serious: If you were doing heavy upper body work, you could have nerves pinched in neck or from upper rib. Also possible you were overbreathing or your blood pressure got low. Did it get better when you stopped working and sat down and breathing slowed down? Get checked if this keeps up. ...Read more

If your not : Taking steroids and they are you already beat them..... They cheat, you don't. In the long run....Your health is more important than anything. Your better off not taking them and try not to cut yourself during your workouts. Good luck. ...Read more
