Rule out: Raynaud's disease. It is a rare disorder of the blood vessels, usually in the fingers and toes. The cause is unknown, but the phenomenon is a problem with blood flow. Need a physical: Being a runner, you need to check your "engine". There could be many things that cause your tiredness. A physical, blood work, etc would be a place to start. Broken collarbone: Has your doctor told you it is ok to work out? If you are clear to work out, you could trying doing some exercise with a dumbell or a resistance band in your right hand. Nausea while exercising.Pins & needles feeling+numbness in hands after workout.Feeling progressed from just hands to arms, couldn't even hold objects?

Could be serious: If you were doing heavy upper body work, you could have nerves pinched in neck or from upper rib. Also possible you were overbreathing or your blood pressure got low. Did it get better when you stopped working and sat down and breathing slowed down? Get checked if this keeps up. ...Read more

If your not : Taking steroids and they are you already beat them..... They cheat, you don't. In the long run....Your health is more important than anything. Your better off not taking them and try not to cut yourself during your workouts. Good luck. ...Read more

Follow advice: At age 22 i would follow your doctor 's advice and rest it for 2-3 wks.Could be many things but @ your age rest from the offending activity for a while is sound advice.Do more cardio workouts while your hand muscles recover from the overuse .If it becomes a persistent problem after a period of rest and a 'slow' return to wt.Lifting see pcp again. Pressure on nerves.: If, at any time, the weights rested on your upper back and shoulder area,(or simply pulled really hard on them), they could put enough pressure on the nerves that pass from your neck through your upper and into you forearm and thumb to cause these symptoms. Rest: Fracture/Dislocation of hand requires immobilization, rest for healing, especially if you have disrupted ligaments. You have not indicated the anatomical part of the hand, wrist, metacarpals, or phalanges (fingers). Get seen by MD, get X-rays, immobilize and use RICE. RICE stands for Rest, Ice, Compress with ace (in your case thumb spica splint or cast if MD indicates) and NSAIDs (unless fracture) ...Read more

Make some changes: Fat around the belly is actualy very harmful. It's metabolically active and can cause a lot of problems. Talk to your dietician about changes to your current diet. Cut down on eating out so much. See your doctor about starting an exercise routine. Maybe get labs to make sure you don't have cushing's syndrome (unlikely) that can cause fat to deposit around your abdomen...Good luck. ...Read more

Can be normal: Quite a few folks have this especially when they're doing conditioning. It's a sign you're working hard and you should be proud. Since you're under a physician's care, if this does not resolve as you get more conditioned, discuss whether you might have familial tremor (treated with propranolol, perhaps), a channelopathy (get electrolytes checked) or get a neurology referral.
