All on left side?: You're young at 28, but a pattern of spots on one side of the body suggests shingles or herpes zoster. If so, you could develop more pain than soreness. Best to get checked because some medications can help to prevent this developing and others can help manage the pain. ...Read more

Sacral injury: Direct trauma (falls, etc.) to the sacrum can cause injury to the sacrum, coccyx (tail bone), or the lower lumbar discs. If the pain is not better with conservative treatments and its been 2 weeks, you should get some imaging studies and get it checked. X-rays may or may not show coccyx injury. You may also need an MRI of lumbar spine to include sacrum. If fracture it needs to be monitored. ...Read more

Muscle strain: Sometimes the muscles get strained just doing normal activities. UTI: Generally starts with painful voiding, frequency, or urgency. Then it can spread to kidney, which is in the flank toward the back. Note if they change: Our skin can have many small lesions of different kinds. These are mostly(95% of the time) benign. Benign lesions do not grow and remain unchanged.
