GEt it checked now: It may be a simple and harmless tremor from muscle fatigue or normal movement, or a side effect from the syrup, or even something serious like a seizure. Ventolin syrup can have tremor as a side effect - it works a bit like caffeine. But just in case, i would stop the ventolin and have your baby checked right away if the tremor is continuing or if there is other trouble breathing. ...Read more

I repeat myself....: If this is the first occurrence of such a thing, please get yourself to your neurologist. If this is a recurrence, please get yourself to your neurologist. Unless there is a treatment plan in place, get yourself to your neurologist. Tremors are tough to beat, but you can if you get together with your doctor earlier rather than later.
