Why Am Iv Having Green Bowl Movement
I am undergoing chemotherapy. I was having diarreah. My bowel movements are now formed but i'm seeing whiteish stringy substances with my stool?

Need more info: It is painful because your stool is hard? If so you need to drink more water and increase your fiber intake. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil of increase your intake fiber foods. See below 1st.: There can be many reasons that stool appears green. The most obvious reason for a stool to be green is from eating green foods. Green, leafy vegetables contain chlorophyll, which could be coloring stool green.
