I have been diagosed with fibromyalgia. How can I manage it so I am not always tired and in pain.
Is it Fibro ?: There really isn't much of a test for FMS other than tender points. It's a diagnosis of exclusion in my experience. I never give it out unless Insurance forms need a diagnosis when it can't be figured out.
