Exercise: It may be your exercise choices and your diet/hydration. Keep a running count of your diet and calories and continue to boost your exercise routine. Don't increase the time of exercise but the intensity of it (using weights, etc). Hope this helps and good luck! ...Read more

Diet: The biggest factor in weight loss is control of your diet. No amount of exercise or supplement can overcome poor eating. You need to closely monitor how many calories you take in, and spread those calories out into 6-7 small meals throughout the day. Keep trying! ...Read more

Patience: It can take time but would still look really closely at your eating habits. When you work out a lot, you will likely feel hungry as your body is burning more calories. The increase in appetite can lead to consuming more calories. Calorie balance: You did not mention your height or weight. I will assume you are truly overweight. Your weight will always be a balance of how many calories you are eating vs how many you are burning up. If your weight is stable, it means that you are taking in the same number of calories that you are burning up. To lose weight you need to take in less or burn up more (or a combination of both). ...Read more
