I feel fatigue lately. I awake after 8 hrs.without a clock. At times, I awake after 3 hrs. feeling fine, then tired but I can't sleep during the day.

Could be low sugar: Need to get this evaluated. One possibility is that after a high-carb (refined sugars, white bread/pasta/potato) meal ur blood sugar is spiking causing a surge of insulin. You : You should have a test for hypothyroidism (blood for tsh) but you likely have obstructive sleep apnea. Your weight is the major cause for that. I suspect you snore at night. People who wake up after lots of sleep and still feel tired and sleep have sleep apnea and until proven otherwise.
