Chest pain: That is unlikely a heart problem as it changes with breathing so one down of the bad things. It could be pleurisy or inflammation of the linings of the lung and chest wall, or musculoskeletal as in the muscles in between the ribs that get stretched with breathing. Get an evaluation: I can't really tell from your question what you have done to get this evaluated. It is worth seeing your doctor and getting a good history and physical done. Possibly correct: If he/she improves with acid medications, then this is the diagnosis. If the left side of the belly is feeling full, he/she may be constipated. Hard to get info on bowel movements in teens, but if not better with gerd meds, then check on this with the doctor.
