Why am I craving milk lately? I normally don't drink a lot of it but recently its been a daily thing.
No worries...: We all get cravings once in a while - this is entirely normal. Usually the cravings center around a tasty food (never seems to happen with broccoli) having a craving for milk doesn't mean that you're deficient in calcium or some other important vitamin. Lactose free milk: You can get lactose free milk (lactaid or other brands) - this is regular milk whcih has been treated to break down the lactose so it won't bother you.
