2-3: Short term usage 1-2 weeks would help with the pain if you don't want to take lortab. Always ask your surgeon first as they are the primary answer to your question. If its ok to take Ibuprofen 800 mg then i would recommend one with breakfast and one with dinner. Also taking a otc Ibuprofen 200 mg with lunch. 4000 mg is the maximum dose but you shouldnt get close to it. ...Read more

Frozen shoulder: needs PHYSICAL THERAPY and sometimes LYSIS (BREAKING) of adhesions( scarring) with examination under anesthesia!!!!!
Continued use of these medications (especially in COMBINATION) is NOT a good idea!
