In Wisconsin U can-: -but I had a very capable assistant & she was able 2 C them initially & decide if I should C them first. The only time I always did was with patients who were under treatment from somewhere else & came to my care. It was really for legal reasons to document what their fractures looked like, then if time I would have the cast removed & re-X-ray them. Did not want 2 B blamed 4 another's poor care. ...Read more
