I am 53 years old and in the last year i've begun seeing many raised white spots on my legs. I am concerned with the appearance. Any idea of what they are and how to have them removed? Is there a health concern I should be concerned with?

Unrelated, not very: Prenatal vitamins are perfectly harmless for your father to take. I don't know any way they could cause anyone to get white spots so it's a coincidence. I can't say for sure how bad it is as i can't be sure what it is, but it might be vitiligo, an autoimmune condition that is not particularly serious other than being a cosmetic issue, or might be a fungal infection.
