Maybe: The jury is still out with regards to products that claim to re-calcify the enamel (i for one do not think it works well). If the decalcification is very shallow it can be polished out, but this means removal of surface enamel. Bleaching can help reduce the color changes, but only up to certain point, and of course restorative dentistry i.e. Bonding, veneering etc can correct the problem. ...Read more
Refraction: Possibly from fluorosis, although municipal water supplies in areas where ther's too much Fluoride usually reduce Fluoride content to safe effective levels. Most probably because the enamel rods in your enamel are somewhat convoluted rather than being perfectly straight. This causes light to be refracted differently and gives appearance of white spots.
