Tinea versicolor: It's possibly tinea versicolor. It's caused by a fungus, which blocks the sunlight from activating the melanocytes (pigment cells) in your skin. With sun exposure, the skin around it tans but the fungal area stays white. Acne: The hormones in pregnancy make acne much worse for a lot of women. There are many over the counter acne facial washes and topical medications that may help. Hydrogen peroxide is not one of them that will help. After delivery you should see improvement as the hormones return to normal levels. A dermatologist post partum can offer other treatments as well. ...Read more

Any age mom: Ds can occur at ang maternal age but numbers climb a lot for older moms.
