I have a bruise like spot on my calf that i saw a week ago. It's purple with white spots, it doesn't hurt, it isn't raised. Is it just a bruise?

Tinea versicolor: It's possibly tinea versicolor. It's caused by a fungus, which blocks the sunlight from activating the melanocytes (pigment cells) in your skin. With sun exposure, the skin around it tans but the fungal area stays white. MS or not MS?: Iit is hard to find the cause of a symptom of tingling. The changes on your MRI could be related to your symptoms. When the LP is negative, it does not mean you do not have MS, but one must consider other causes, such as a virus of some kind, or other medical illnesses.
