I have a few small white spots on my arms and legs. Its white like milk. Saw a few new ones today. What could this be, and cause?
I have these white spots all over my arms and legs but when I rub them they go away what do I do to make the go away for good it's embracing?

There is virtually no known heart disease that causes a white spotted rash. Impossible to diagnose your spots without seeing them but tinea versicolor comes to mind. I've uploaded a picture which should be visible to you.

Tinea versicolor: It's possibly tinea versicolor. It's caused by a fungus, which blocks the sunlight from activating the melanocytes (pigment cells) in your skin. MS or not MS?: Iit is hard to find the cause of a symptom of tingling. The changes on your MRI could be related to your symptoms. When the LP is negative, it does not mean you do not have MS, but one must consider other causes, such as a virus of some kind, or other medical illnesses.
