Possible: Tonsil cancers can present as a non painful swelling in the neck. You might be able to see something on your tonsil as well. It could just be an infection or calicification. This type of cancer is rising in your age group due to it's association with hpv. Get checked out by an ear nose and throat specialist for an appropriate evaluation. ...Read more

Doubt it: At your age, with that description, and assuming you do not have a very strong family history, the chance of cancer is low. The thing is, it is still possible and no doc at health tap can do an exam. Do yourself a favor and have your family doc or gyn take a look at it. White skin patches: How long there? Itchy? Growing? Do they tan? Borders smooth & distinct or wavy? Scaly? My b low-grade skin fungus like tinea versicolor or tinea corporis that should respond to otc antifungal cream or shampoo (nizoral).. If long standing might be nummular eczema; another possibility is guttate psoriasis. If dark-skinned, might be vitiligo. Possible ulcer: The dots are almost certainly on the cornea - the window at the front of the eye that your lense rests upon. The iris is inside. These dots if new, could be sites of corneal ulceration - a focal infection under the contact lense.
