Sun damage: Those "white spots" are likely areas of low pigmentation brought about by damage to the melanocytes (cells that make pigment) from the sunburn. It may take a year for them to kick back in and for your skin to look normal color again. In the meantime, make sure you use sunscreen daily and pamper your skin in next few months with moisturizers and avoidance of irritants. ...Read more

No if care immediat: Sunburns are different types and not all people equal. The darker the skin type 6 are less prone and type one with least melanin pigment get the worst. Peeling is a natural hpmeostasis mechanics trying to get rid of dead epithelial cells and build new. Sounds like molluscm: I'ts hard to do skin without seeing but these could represent a cousin of the wart called molluscum contagiosum. They come up in crops, can be bb sized or bigger & tend to develop a central dimpling. The kids aren't bothered by them until they start to shed in weeks to months when they can be itchy & get inflamed. Spots: Spots, skin lesions, rashes etc. are all unfortunately impossible to diagnose over the computer. It certainly sounds like you have some definite skin conditions that need evaluating, diagnosing , and treating. "Spots" can sometime be a type of Tinea Versicolor, but as stated, you need an exam. Tinea versicolor: Check this image. If its tinea versicolor its easily treated w/topical or oral meds. As you are pregnant, i'd use a topical selenium sulfide preparation but only if its really bothering you. Its not a big deal to treat it after you are done w/the pregnancy. No big deal. ...Read more
