I had white spots show up on my brain scan. I suffer from migraines and have had syncope episodes x3. Is this bad? Prognosis?

Many possibilities: Sounds like you're referring to t2 white matter hyper intensities. The possible causes are numerous. Developing some small spots is really fairly normal as one ages, but the devil is in the details of your films, your history, and your exam. MS or not MS?: Iit is hard to find the cause of a symptom of tingling. The changes on your MRI could be related to your symptoms.
