Does a few yellowish white spots on the back of 57+ yr Indian female indicate any liver or kidney issue ?
Stool paler than normal with mucus and white spots. Should i be worried? Had liver/pancreas blood tests done recently, normal results.

You describe some abdominal pain and you do need to find out whether this should be managed as functional bowel disease, or whether you have gallstones, or if there's any evidence it may be something else. ...Read more

Unclear; need biopsy: 1st advice: base treatment on SYMPTOMS since we not sure what these "spots" represent (they could be benign). Anechoic means no echoes - consistent with a fluid-filled cyst. A septation is a thin membrane within the cyst - not sure what that could be; only way to know is a biopsy, but if you're not having symptoms (pain, jaundice, weight loss), it may be best to avoid surgery. Use HealthTap Prime. ...Read more

There : There are a few different things that could be going on here: - chronic/recurrent bacterial infections with non-strep bacteria - viral infections (such as mono) - tonsilliths - also known as "tonsil stones" these are little pieces of food that become lodged in the folds of the tonsil. Like an oyster, the tonsil becomes irritated and coats these pieces in mucus until the pop out on their own (those are the "white spots"). They can sometimes cause soreness and bad breath. If this continues to be a chronic problem, you may want to see an otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat doctor) for a more in-depth exam, throat cultures, and to possibly consider having your tonsils removed if other therapies are not working. Good luck! ...Read more
