Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Get checked: Constipation, abdominal pain, black and white spots in the stool are very vague non-specific symptoms. Alt of 120 is concerning as it is high. If you drink alcohol, it may be related to that, so stop and get it rechecked. If that's not the case, i'd press on and have your doc do further work up - first recheck it.
