Lesion: Lots of things. Take a photo of it and add image to healthtap. In meantime, could be pimple, abrasion from brush, bite, infected cut, allergic reaction or immune skin disease. I used Desert Essence Unscented Conditioner on my scalp and now I have a big sore on my scalp. How to fix this? It hurts a lot.
First remove stuff: washing out the remainder gradually. then... dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. INfection, second degree burns, etc need specific treatment. Scrapes/mild irritation just maybe a bit of neosporin.
