Sciatica ?: 37 yo women w. 2 days "hip" & ipsilateral leg "soreness". Not incited by walking, which tends to rule out acute joint problem. Sciatica might be explanatory, & is a pain pattern that can be aroused by various conditions. Trochanteric bursitis also a consideration. If fever or leg weakness then urgency for evaluation. Cramping in calves: Sorry you are having this problem. Hard to localize issue without a thorough exam /assessment. Your doctor (usually a neurologist or physiatrist) will ask about the history (what precedes or precipitates cramping), family history.
