But then again the fact that you now have the bump back again in the same area makes recurrent herpetic sores a possibility. Doubt herpes. Yeast?: This description doesn't sound at all like herpes. I would be more suspicious of a yeast (Candida) infection, especially if his red spots are on the head of the penis and he is uncircumcised.
