The back gum between my two front top teeth is turning white, I have 3-4 tiny painful white bumps on tongue, green mucus like pus coming from gum. ?

Doubt herpes. Yeast?: This description doesn't sound at all like herpes. I would be more suspicious of a yeast (Candida) infection, especially if his red spots are on the head of the penis and he is uncircumcised.
