I have a white pimple under my tongue on the little tendon. Also my right gland is swollen and keeps getting food stuck in it. It hurts?

If your physician feels that he\she should also be seen by a pedodontist (pediatric dentist), that would be a good idea also. Sounds normal...: I'm guessing you are noticing normal circumvallate papillae. Typically there are 7-9 of them in a shallow V-shaped row across the back of the tongue.
