Without: Without actually seeing these it is difficult to be sure. One possibility may be temporary blockages of your minor salivary gland tissues that exist throughout the oral cavity (including lips) caused by local irritation or related to the type of food you are ingesting. These are called minor salivary gland mucoceles and are benign. If they become symptomatic or grow without regression, it would be wise to have these looked at.

Cyst: Appears to be a small mucoid cyst which can persist for a while. As long as it does not bother you u may leave it without any danger. If it bothers u you may want to have it removed by a dermatologist.
