Office Visit: Too hard to DX over the internet, really need a clinical evaluation. May be able to go to emergent care to have issue seen immediately. Possibly dentally related, but most probably primary care issue for you. I hope this helps! ...Read more

What inhaler?: is it a steroid inhaler? if yes, so make sure you rinse your mouth and throat after using it, yes at times you may have fungal infection from steroid particles deposits on the back of the throat / tongue, if that stays, see your doctor for assessment, good luck ...Read more
