UA FINDINGS: No. White blood cells are leukocytes, also known as neutrophils, and these appear in infection (UTI) , and in allergic attack on kidney. Casts are microscopic cylinders of protein, fatty acids, and cellular debris, most commonly. Casts can form from leukoctes that clump as cylinders in the nepron tubules, and casts can form from RBCS, too. Each has a pathologic meaning. ...Read more
Are these bad results in my urine test or no?
URINE EPITHELIAL CELLS-None seen
BACTERIA IN URINE-Few
Not really: In a normal urine, there shouldn't be any epithelial cells. Trauma or infection can cause them to be present. Few bacteria are not necessarily a bad sign. There is a condition called asymptomatic bactiuria (which just means bacteria in the urine without there being an infection). I'm not very concerned about the mucus. This should all be correlated with your symptoms of course. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

My urine has large urine amorphous sediment, small urine calcium oxalate crystals, small bacteria, small mucus , trace protein and sp grav 1.030?
Sounds normal: All these are common and normal. Your urine is quite concentrated, probably due to limited fluid intake before it was collected; this probably explains the trace protein, which is the only thing mentioned that might be considered slightly abnormal. Discuss with your doctor, but I see no cause for worry. ...Read more

If these "flakes" are in the urine without being seen in the toilet, then you should take a specimen to your doctor and have them look at it. Without seeing this it is very difficult to tell what it might be. ...Read more
Fever and urine in orange color -pus cells are 8-10/Hpf and epithelial cells are 6-7/Hpf in complete urine examination.
See answer: Your urinalysis may be indicative of either a urinary tract infection or normal vaginal contamination. The presence of only leukocytes (WBCs) in the urine has a poor predictive (<45%) probability for UTI and has resulted in unnecessary administration of antibiotics to one third to one half of treated patients. A urine culture is recommended and is the gold standard for the diagnosis of a UTI. ...Read more
Can microscopic blood in urine form a pink ring around around the urine stain once the urine dries?
Here are some...: Microhematuria (RBCs seen under microscope) will not stain clothes as noticed after drying. The phenomenon most likely represents the stain of concentrated urine (like Sp Gr >1.015). Nonetheless, do not worry for now but do urinalysis from properly collected fresh urine and see what it may be.
