It's hard to say why: But I am trying to imagine what you are asking..& i think the reason might be that your gums in between your teeth (called papillae) are receded down, therefore you are involuntarily suctioning ur lower lip when your mouth /lips are closed, & since your inner lips /mucosa is movable and moldable, if fills in those papillary spaces...Just a guess..
