Lots of things: A white dot may be normal may be abnormal. Most lesions of no great significance will resolve in 10-14 days. But if normal it likely will not dissappear. May be normal: If these bumps are new, and you have been taking antibiotics it could be a yeast infection called thrush, which is easily treated.
