Probably not: If your symptoms were present before accutane - it's probably not the medicine. I would encourage you to see MD to rule out Chron's disease vs ulcerative colitis. Also if you have had anal sex may need specific STD testing. See MD soon - stool studies may be needed especially if having weight loss.
