Ok so I am 9 weeks pregnate and just ate vegetable lasagna and not thinking to read the ingredients... Is rye, tritcale and Oat Flour safe???
Enjoy...: Unless you personally have specific issues with rye, wheat, and oat (such as celiac- which I doubt or you would have known not to eat lasagna), then you have nothing to be concerned about after eating those ingredients. Congratulations on the pregnancy.

Bake it instead: Grilled or baked fish is way less fattening than fried fish. The frying itself more than triples the calories, and they are the worst kind of calories, oxidized fat. It will not be a good food to eat if you are concerned about body composition.

Cracklin oat bran: IF Cracklin Oat Bran is the name of a boxed cereal it likely contains lots of chemicals such as additives, preservatives, sugar, etc. Thus, it is not good for you.
