Flaky itchy scalp: Most likely this is related to seborrheic dermatitis and one of the dandruff shampoos may help. There are a number of them with different active ingredients so you may have to try several ones to see what is best for you. Perhaps first try treatment with otc shampoos like nizoral, (ketoconazole) selsun blue or coal tar. If those don't work, consider prescription treatments with steroid shampoos/foams/oil treatments.
