I noticed my clitoris was sensative and upon examining it I noticed if I pulled the skin away that on one side I have tiny red dots. What can this be?

Secretions or...: Sometimes vaginal secretions collect in this area and then dry. This will usually wash off without any problem. Keeping this area clean will prevent irritation and fungal infections. If the skin itself is white and the whiteness doesn't wash off, it needs to be evaluated by a Gyn or dermatologist.
