No pain, no worry: Typically, you should not worry about the change of stool colors unless red/blood or tarry black and/or abdominal pain/fever etc...Having some color change from day to day without other symptoms is quite normal and i would not worry. Watch out!: Milk-alkali syndrome is caused by the ingestion of large amounts of calcium & absorbable alkali resulting in hypercalcemia that can lead to metastatic calcification & renal failure. This syndrome dates to the 1920s during administration of the Sippy regimen (milk & bicarbonate) to treat peptic ulcers. Also, your fat intake is likely enormous.
