Hi! I just notice a bump under my mouth where it supports my tongue it doesn't hurt at all I just notice it a few days ago I don't smoke.
Hard to say: But it may very well be a ranula. This is a swelling usually without symptoms, found at the floor of the mouth. They are often related to trauma to the salivary gland duct.
