I've had some small white pimple like bumps on my penis for 3 months. They don't itch or hurt. I've been sexual in the past. They're only on shaft.

Follicles/Glands: The bumps you are referring to are more than likely the hair follicles of the shaft. There may be prominent oil glands there as well. If these are small and pearl like and not red, on a stalk or causing a problem, it appears you have normal anatomy. Need to be seen!: Best thing to do is to have it checked by a dermatologist. If the small bumps are dome shaped with a central dimple, it could be molluscum contagiosum. This is a skin rash caused by a viral infection that can spread by sexual contact. Early lesions on the genitalia may be mistaken for herpes or warts but, unlike herpes, these lesions are painless.
