1mm white bumps on throat, what could it be?

Difficult to say

Oral diagnosis often requires a careful physical exam and it's difficult to say. My suspicion is you are seeing a common thing called fordyce granules which are yellowish small bumps which are oil or sebaceous glands of the oral mucosa. It is common and a normal finding.

I was wondering are dull white bumps strep throat?

Strep Throat

Pharynx
Though there are several signs and symptomsfor Strep Throat, the only way to know for sure is to be tested. If you have a sore throat, regardless of the other signs and symptoms, it's a good idea to have your doctor test you.

I wanted to know when you have white bumps in your throat, what is the best medicine to take for it?

Sore throat sxs?

Neck-throat
For significant sore throat with swollen tonsils / lymph nodes – see physician & get a strep throat test/ culture. If you have Strep Throat, antibiotic therapy is imperative to prevent future complications. Consider Tylenol or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications. Saltwater gargles: Mix 1 tsp salt in 8 oz warm water – gargle several times a day.

My husband thinks he has strep throat because of the white bumps on his throat which he scrapped off. Does that he doesn't have strep anymore?

Strep throat

Antibiotic
No. First of all, he should be diagnosed by his doctor who will prescribe an antibiotic if he has it. Be careful with the scrapings because they maybe contagious.

Viral illness

Making him feel comfortable by giving him antipyretic such as tylenol and encouraging fluid intake would be all he needs. Be patient, viral illness generally runs a few days.

I took keflex for strep. Now I have white bumps in my throat that don't hurt, throat feels tight, bad taste and my ears hurt sometimes.Allergic maybe?

Thrush

Streptococcal_infection
you may have developed oral thrush, see your doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment. it is not an allergy, it may be a fungal infection of the throat.

7 days ago I had a scratchy throat and I've been taking sudaphed and it stills feels like I am swallowing needles but I have no white bumps on my throat?

Ibuprofen

Sudafed
Sudafed does not help sore throat. An OTC anti inflammatory is best. It can take some time for pharyngitis to resolve.

I was diagnosed with a viral infection and was only given pain medication. Does that sound right? I have a sore throat and white bumps in my throat. I went to the doctor and they completed a swab and said I did not have strep throat. They also took blood

Antibiotics

Antibiotics do nothing for viral infections. Rest, fluids, and time are your best strategy (maybe chicken soup as well!). Obviously, if you are not improving, or have significant worsening, such as high fever or productive cough, then get back in to your primary care doctor. Good luck!!!
