I've had really bad staph infections, with me getting boils everywhere. I recently got little white bumps on pubic area, is this folliculitis?

Folliculitis: The skin is getting irritated around the hair follicles. Can be more common if you have curly hair and If you shave the area. If they don't seem infected (visible white pus) there is no danger. You can try soaking the area to allow the hairs to make their way through the skin more easily without causing irritation. Stop shaving, 4 now: Razor-bumps result from shaving/cutting the hair too short, thus causing the hair to get stuck under the skin causing the bumps. Basically these are trapped hair follicles. Use of some exfoliating skin lotion/cream may help the trapped hair to come through to surface and thus resolve the bumps. So, stop shaving too closely will reduce this.
