Molluscum?: Just a guess, but "pink" and "raised" make me think of molluscum contagiosum, a minor viral infection that at your age usually is sexually acquired. Likely benign: Bumps on the scrotum you can appear under the skin & are benign. On the groin, my first thought is bumps caused by ingrown hair.
