I had white bumps on the back of my throat and picked them off. It bled really bad and my whole throat hurts. What is iy?

White bumps to throa

Pharynx
The white bumps to your throat are what we call "pharyngeal exudates". These can occur from infections, food particles, or even be a natural result of our bodies secretions. These exudates are adherent to the soft tissues of the throat and when tampered with, can disrupt the underlying tissue at which it is attached. Best to leave them there when you see them and have it checked out by your doc

I have white bumps on the back of my throat. They seem like a pimple. I can pop them with my finger nail. What could this be?

Tonsilliths?

Neck-throat
This sounds like tonsilliths. The only permanent cure is tonsillectomy, however, one safe way to get them out if they hurt is to use a water pick.
