I have Tourettes Syndrome and have had it since I was 7.Some foods make my tics worse like bread give me allergy symptoms. Could wheat cause this?

I get heartburn every time I eat carb foods (pasta, breads, oatmeal etc). Is this gluten related? I don't experience other gluten allergy symptoms.
Possible: Try gluten-free oat to see if causes the same symptoms. Even though you may not have the full-blown symptoms,and heart burn is not the usual symptoms in gluten intolerance, it cannot be totally ruled out. When off wheat for a day, bloat, gas and pain are gone. Then when I eat pizza and white bread the problems return. Intolerance or allergy to something?
