Might still be a UTI: Gram +ve organisms tike staphloccus, stretococcus,& enterococcus are all nitrite negative & thus urine dipstick can show as -ve for bacteria, yet you can still have a UTI, Urine needs 2B cultured to rule out a UTI in presence of so many leucocytes, Another explanation could be Mixture of introital smegma + some menstrual flow. Sometimes you can have blood in your urine. Get the other blood tests done to check for mono or other viral infections. Not really: In a normal urine, there shouldn't be any epithelial cells. Trauma or infection can cause them to be present. Few bacteria are not necessarily a bad sign. There is a condition called asymptomatic bactiuria (which just means bacteria in the urine without there being an infection). I'm not very concerned about the mucus.
