Any constant pain: should have an exam by a doctor. There are too many unknowns and too many variables to give you a definative answer on an internet forum. Pain is there for a reason, and usually it is to clue you that something is not right. I also find it confusing for your statement that you have white blood cells in your urine but no infection.
