Various: At this time your symptoms are nondiagnostic and may not be interrelated. Perhaps the neck muscles were strained during skiing or became somewhat inflamed from cold exposure. The headaches may be secondary to this. Chills and headache could be the forerunner of a viral infection. Try tylenol, (acetaminophen) warm packs and liniment for the neck. I was diagnosed with bronchitis yesterday today I woke up with bad headache and neck pain.Should I be concerned or is bad neck pain part of bronchitis?

Not related: The neck pain/HA is not usually seen with bronchitis. It might be that you strained your neck positionally and HA occurred as a result. If coughing a lot, HA/neck strain can also appear.
