Don't waste money!: There is so much false hype in marketing vitamins. No vitamins will have any effect on stress. If you eat a normal diet and not pregnant, you probably don't need vitamin supplements. I am taking a vitamin b complex supplement daily, can I take a daily multi vitamin in addition to that and if so what would you recommend i take?
Yes: While b complex is often helpful, it doesn't have the many other essential nutrients found in a multivit. As long as the total amount of b6 in both supplements doesn't exceed 200 mg (which is unlikely) it's safe to take both, though it may not be necessary to take an extra b complex if you get a good multivitamin.
