NO: When you get an erection, The spongy tissue in your penis fills with blood. Semen and sperm can easily pass through your urethra, while urine from the bladder is restricted. Just let your erection pass before urinating, or just don't force yourself to pee.

Urethritis: Many reasons including minor local urethral trauma from several reasons, including tight underwear, autoimmune disorder that may need more investigation, small kidney stones, or rarely, distal urethral obstructions. Suggest you see a urologist and have exam with some urine and blood tests if pain persisting, may need ultrasound or other tests if pain source unclear

Skin above urethra burned when peeing. Little redness, hurts to touch. Could it be from wiping, dryness (accutane), or tampon string? No STDs or UTI.

It is good idea to..: At least temporarily eliminate any imaginable and potentially irritating factors such as those you mentioned + gingerly apply 0.5% hydrocortisone skin cream for 3-5 day, and see. If not improving as usually expected in 3-5 days, seek timely evaluation & counseling so to deduce possible causes for what you have felt and for reasonable treatment/ care/ counseling.

Genital lesion: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. A tiny bump could be a genital wart, herpes or any number of things. Without visualizing the lesion an opinion is not possible. Painful bumps in that area is concerning for herpes.

Unlikely: If all you did was to lick the shaft of a penis then STD is unlikely. Go and get examined and treated by a doctor. Good luck.

Doesn't hurt or burn when I pee. Penis does ache like maybe sharp pain before I pee. I noticed discharge. STD?

Most likely: In a man, discharge from his penis is most likely due to a STD. You should be checked for STD as soon as possible. Most health departments will provide screening for STD with little or no charge, and usually test for multiple STDs, including syphilis and HIV during the same visit. Consistent use of condoms is the most effective way to prevent STD.

Burning around vaginal opening constantly. No stds, no itching, no discharge. Hurts to sit and burns long after urination. Help!?

Burning around vaginal opening constantly. No stds, no itching, no discharge. Hurts to sit and burns long after urination. Help!?

Vaginal Burning: Sounds to me as if you may be having some residual urine or urine leakage for some reason, which is very irritating to the vaginal area. You may get a squeeze bottle filled with room temperature water and instead of using toilet paper use this to rinse off after going to the bathroom. Dab dry gently and see if this soothes pain and improves irritation.

Yeast infection?: You could have a yeast infection and the urine is irritating already inflamed tissue. I recommend following up with your primary care physician.

Are there any STDs that can make my pee stink?

Are there any STDs that can make my pee stink?

STD: Don't know why your urine "stinks" but it is not likely to be related to std. If you are concerned that you may have been exposed to an std you should definitely go and be thoroughly tested. Better safe than sorry.
