I have to use the bathroom constantly. It's even worse at night. I have no STDs and have been tested for a UTI several times and all of the test were negative. When I apply pressure to my urinary meatus the discomfort is bearable. After I use the bathroom

Urethral syndrome?: Some urinary tract infections in women are limited to the urethra (urine passage). Often there are few white blood cells and tests for WBC may be negative; and if a culture is done, only a small number of bacteria are found, less than with most UTIs. Is it possible for a female to get an STD in her urinary tract only (negative vaginal STD test) and appear to be a recurrent uti?

STD: This would be rather unusual. You would have to be more specific about the tests run and the findings. Certainly chlamydia can produce urethritis, but confined to the urinary tract and not affecting the vagina would be remarkable. ...Read more
