I use a lot of garlic salt on my food every day and get diarrhea about 1-2 times per month. Could garlic be causing it? Would onion powder be safer?

A balanced diet 2. Good hydration (water, juices, some sport drinks 3. Activity and 4. Daily yogurt or probiotics. Do those 4 things, avoid any laxative products, and enjoy life. Good luck. ...Read more
