C4: C4 is a supplement mixture with no data to support its use. Multivites, fish oil and calcium supplements have at least some reason to think they will be a positive action. I personally wouldn't recommend taking c4 but have no more data support not recommending it than there is to say it is beneficial. OK, to a degree but:: Calcium ; magnesium are often packaged together both in supplements ; foods. They compete a bit; calcium may reduce mag. Absorption but mag. Does not seem to reduce cal. Absorption. Those low in mag. Have difficulty absorbing cal.; if deficient in mag.
